Too Much Fun!

This weekend was so much fun! Thanks to all my awesome friends for kicking it in our neighborhood! I didn't get a lot of work done(sucks!) But if you saw me I was living it up!
One of the best parts of the weekend was Champagne Champagne at the Cha Cha. I have never sweat so much in my life... Everyone was! Jesus Lizard also rocked my socks! If you missed them this time no worries- they are coming back in a few months- I'll keep you posted!
The Gossip was amazing as well- Beth can really wail! All I can Say is I'm sad its all over, but then again I don't think I could last another day of mayhem!

SATURDAY EDITION

Hey Marseilles-
Your ears will thank you to get some full sounds from a very full band.Look for some very special guests to be joining them at the end of the set(Champagne!)

The Pains for being Pure at Heart- I feel warped back to the age of the early 90s when I hear this band. they give me the warm and fuzzies.

Sonic Youth- For a long time running band whose been around the block, I'd say this new song kicks ass.

Awesome Color-you will feel the full frontal assault from their guitar. I also heard something about playing guitar with their feet??? Rad!

Wild Orchid Children-

We are The League...

Tonight, Anti Nowhere league is playing El Corazon. As a youth I really enjoyed there music. Songs such as "So What", "Woman" and "Streets of London" all classics. I went to the Holidays in the Sun Festival years ago and met Animal, the lead singer. I talked with him at the bar. He had big hands and a sweet british accent. He talked of how he missed home, how he couldnt believe that people liked his music now more then when it first came out, and then left with two girls. A true UK punk band worth checking out. Hopefully he still has the cock piece and vulgar attitude!
