V.I.P.?

Some crazy guy came into my work and gave me a copy of the West Coast Leaf. In it are many ads from dispensaries, Lawyers and Medical Cards in Cali for as low as $60! One ad Caught my eye- V.I.P.'s (Very Important Pothead) Check out the site- here

Anyone else notice everyone and their Mom getting signatures for I-1068 (Marijuana Reform Act). Then I open the Stranger this week and see a Petition Signature form, in the middle of the Stranger! If this doesn't get on the Ballot- the system is totally rigged!!!
